YUMMY! And no cement mixer needed.

I just got home from a meeting and Mom told me that I could try one of the warm chocolate melting cakes she had experimented making for dinner. Mom said they were overcooked and not as good as on the cruise. So, I went down to eat mine. I don't know what Mom was talking about. It was delicious. So chocolatey and fudgey! Yummy!

So, after enjoying one, I asked her why she thought it wasn't so good. She looked at me funny and said it wasn't fudgey. I said that mine was, and it was great. That's when she figured out I had eatened an unbaked one sitting in the refrigerator! Oh well, it sure was good.

Sometimes things are just better unbaked.

That's funny! That's how I like my cookies... unbaked. Brownies are good if they're a little underbaked.

Andrea, Jocelyn, and Brent do better if they're underbaked. Poor Brent got a really bad sunburn on his driving arm while on his way up to meet Jocelyn so they could carpool out to Phoenix for a weekend of fun last month.

That is too, too funny!! But I do believe that is the way the Gordon Cowles family likes their desserts. Anybody remember the unbaked cinnamon rolls Daddy talked the Winchel's donut lady into selling us? Don't think I've ever gotten as many cookies as a recipe says it will make - and I'm guiltier than the rest. Putting cookie dough in the refrigerator is as good as deciding not to bake any more cookies.

Yes, I do prefer to be underbaked, and the brownies too :)
